In the autumn of 2018, the artistic program of the Kahán Éva Foundation promoted a creative residency program for young Central European artists in San Sano, Tuscany. The winners of the application are granted for travel costs, scholarships, high quality accommodation and the possibility of peaceful creation.
The announced tender was successful. Out of a large number of applicants, the Kahán Éva Foundation’s Board of Trustees elected Norbert Oláh, Blanka Győri and András Szűcs to be the guests of the Foundation from January 2019 in Tuscany. On January 6, 2019, the three young artists arrived to San Sano and began their artistic program.
The Kahán Éva Foundation intends to continue its San Sano art residency program, the application criteria can be found on the Foundation’s website. We are looking forward to receive new applications of young artists from Central Europe.
